
Isabel Fressynet advises on a broad spectrum of international trade matters, with notable experience in sanctions, export controls, trade defense proceedings, customs, and supply chain due diligence. She represents clients in complex anti-dumping, anti-subsidy, circumvention, and safeguards investigations before the European Commission and the World Trade Organization. She also advises clients on European sanctions, export controls, and compliance with evolving supply chain regulations. Her customs expertise includes tariff classification, rules of origin, customs valuation, and special customs procedures.
Ms. Fressynet is a French and U.S. qualified lawyer. Before joining Cattwyk, she gained experience at other leading international trade law firms in Brussels and was seconded to a major German pharmaceutical company’s sanctions and export controls team to advise on those matters.
An active contributor to the field, Ms. Fressynet frequently publishes articles on international trade issues and is a member of Greenlane, an alliance of customs and international trade law firms across Europe and beyond.
