Anna E. Golouchko, LL.M. advises clients on mandatory supply chain due diligence, EU regulatory compliance, and the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM). Her practice also encompasses international trade law, WTO law and dispute settlement, as well as providing strategic assistance in customs matters and national trade remedies regulations.

Prior to joining Cattwyk, Anna gained extensive experience at multinational law firms, where she focused on regulatory compliance, sanctions, export controls, and customs law.She is a regular contributor to legal publications and has authored numerous articles on evolving EU regulations, such as the EU Forced Labour Regulation and the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CS3D).

Anna graduated from the Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB) with a Bachelor of Laws and holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International and European Law from the Institute for European Studies (IEE) of the Université libre de Bruxelles.
